Commencement

Coverage starts after the standard warranty expires, effective immediately upon Shield purchase, for 3 years or 100,000 km, whichever comes first.

Coverage

Covers defective parts due to faulty workmanship or materials, replaced at no cost for parts or labor, subject to M&M discretion.

Pre-requisites

Vehicle maintenance must follow the Owner's Handbook schedule at M.S. Motors or other authorized Mahindra dealers.
Failure to maintain as specified invalidates the warranty.
Service Coupon Document with vehicle details must be presented.

Exclusions

Normal use adjustments, consumables (e.g., filters, batteries, tires),and corrosion from accessory fitment.
Damage from accidents, theft, misuse, or improper maintenance.
Injector issues from improper fuel or timing chain failures.
Shock absorbers covered only up to 30,000 km (or standard warranty limit).

Owner's Responsibility

Maintain comprehensive insurance during Shield tenure.
Service vehicle per Owner's Manual schedule, not exceeding 1,000 km between services.
